How this portal uses your information

This private support tool uses Google sign-in to verify your email address. It does not request access to Gmail messages, contacts, or Google Drive.

For each restore request, it stores your approved email address, the public IPv4 you confirm or enter, request times, progress, and result. These records support troubleshooting and prevent duplicate changes. The administrator can see the requests; other users see only their own.

The service and records are hosted on DigitalOcean. Google provides sign-in. Requests are not sent to an AI classifier. The administrator retains request history for support and can handle requests to remove records. Server backups are retained for seven days.

A secure session cookie keeps you signed in for up to eight hours. Signing out revokes that session. This portal does not use advertising trackers.
